Please Come Washed, Blow Dried, Detangled & Ready To Be Braided! If You Have A Tender Head, PLEASE COME BRAIDED.  No Dirty Hair Will Be Serviced. If Your Hair Is Not Properly Cleaned Upon Arrival Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled & Your Deposit Will Be Lost.

Please arrive with a clean scalp w/ NO OILS OR PRODUCTS in your hair. If you have any oil based products in your hair upon arrival your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

LACE

All Frontals & Frontal Wigs Need To Be Dropped Off 2 Business Days In Advance!

All Closures & Closure Wigs Will Need To Be Dropped Off 1 Business Day Prior To Your Booked Appointment!

No Grey or Green lace will be accepted! No Dye On The Lace! If The Lace Is Dyed Or Tinted In Any Way That May Affect The Install Outcome

RE-INSTALLS

All wigs MUST BE CLEAN, NO EXCEPTIONS! If your wig is not clean, your appointment will be canceled, or you will be charged for a "REVAMP+INSTALL SERVICE"

DEPOSITS

All Services Require Non Refundable $10 Deposit to secure your appointment & Remaining balance is due In CASH or CASH APP when you come in for your appointment. Come with the exact amount!!! If the remaining balance is paid with cash app, there’s a $2 fee.

LATE FEES

$15 Late fee after 10 Minutes Late.

$20 Late fee after 15 Minutes Late.

$25 Late fee after 20 Minutes Late.

Appointment Canceled & Deposit Lost After 25 Minutes Late

Same Day cancellation = Deposit Lost

No Call/No Show= you’ll No longer be able to book.

Confirmation

•You will get a Confirmation Email once you book an Appointment & a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. If for some reason you didn’t receive the email please text me and let me know .

**Do not text me the day of your appointment asking for the address because if I don’t respond early enough and your late to your appointment , you’ll have to be accountable for that**

Rescheduling

You May Only Reschedule 1 Time On A Deposit To Use Towards A Future Appointment.
After, To Change Your Appointment, the Rescheduling fee is $10 & must Be Paid for before rescheduling.
